My forth queen, I bought young, just 4 months old. But from a legitimate breeder, much like myself. Luckily, she allowed me the privilege to view her cattery and see the kitten I was interested in, in her comfortable environment.
Ever since bringing her home on May 9 2024, she has bonded very well with me. A whole lot of hissing with the other girls at first but no serious aggression either way. After almost 2 weeks they interact much more calmly but don't yet play together. Even thou I acquired her from a completely different breeder, coincidentally she is actually a niece to my other females as their father is her grandfather.
Talisman on the other hand, she can't wait to play with. Her only interaction with him right now is through the screen of the enclosure he stays in when she is out. They take turns having roam of the house for now, but I intend to start her breeding cycle around March 2025.

My third queen is a TICA registered Purebreed Maine Coon with a black smoke tortoiseshell coat. I acquired Rafaela on Oct 29 2023 along with Talisman. She had birthed 3 litters (with Talisman) before I acquired her, and she will be my main queen for the next couple years.
Being I got her from the same breeder as Wola, she is actually a step sister to her. Both having the same father. She is a month older thou.

My second Queen, Wola, I acquired in March 2023 at 2 years old. Wola is a pedigreed purebred Maine Coon registered with TICA and originally from Russia. She is a healthy, energetic and acrobatic cat hovering at just around 12 lbs. She is a Blue Smoke Tortoiseshell with a silky soft coat.
However due to complications during nursing her first litter, I've had to make the tough decision to retire her.
Since I acquired her she has had a condition with her left eyelid that causes it to fold inward and requires daily care to treat it. Gentle cleaning with cotton balls and eye drops twice a day is her current treatment in an effort to remedy the condition. But it is seemingly persistent at the moment.
